Do you work with businesses outside Edmonton?
Yes — remotely. Our on-site service is Edmonton-area only, but we support fully remote and distributed teams across Alberta and beyond.
What’s the minimum team size you take on?
We’ve onboarded teams as small as five people. There’s no hard minimum, but our service really shines for teams between 10 and 150.
Do we have to switch providers all at once?
Not at all. Many of our clients started with just desktop support, then added infrastructure or hardware procurement once they saw how we work. Mix and match is the point.
Is the assessment really free?
Yes. The discovery call and network assessment are free with no obligation. If we don’t think we’re the right fit, we’ll tell you who probably is.
What does per-seat pricing actually include?
It varies by tier, but for each person on your team you get a defined set of services — typically remote support, endpoint security, patching, and account management. Anything beyond that is quoted clearly up front.
